Before moving to Yuma and starting House TRAC*, Fred spent 30 years in agriculture, managing a family almond farm in California's San Joaquin Valley. He has also served as a chaplain in the Modesto, Sacramento and Stanislaus County law enforcement communities, as well as being a Gospel mission chaplain.
When Fred and his wife, Jan, moved to Yuma to be near family, Fred became a certified master gardener, studying at the Yuma County Cooperative Extension of the University of Arizona. He is a certified NRA instructor, active in the local TWAW organization and holds certifications as an ASP defensive tactics instructor, along with several OSHA and FEMA certifications.
House TRAC* provides Home Watch and property monitoring services, and is proud to be an affiliate member of the Yuma Association of REALTORS®.
In all of his endeavors, Fred has demonstrated responsibility, accountability and service with devotion and integrity.

A Home Watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. The official definition of Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. So, your home is being inspected by professionals looking for potential problems. House TRAC* will design a checklist based on your individual needs and concerns. If a situation does arise, you will be notified so the problem can be dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
